G&L Hayes property maintenance was established in 1998 to manage the maintenance of PGA logistics sites in Victoria and we performed a range of tasks including office cleaning, Lawn and Garden maintenance and general building and site maintenance.
Glen, being a licensed plumber, performed most of the duties but as PGA expanded to 17 sites throughout Melbourne we
concentrated on Sweeping and Scrubbing the sites allowing us to visit each site weekly and to contract all other services that were
required.
PGA was sold to Main Nicholas and then onto Linfox.
As Site managers moved to new companies and new sites we were asked to perform our services to new companies eventually we
decided to specialise into just Sweeping and Scrubbing.
Today we have developed an all in one service where we arrive on site with everything required to sweep and scrub your site.
We have cut the down time transporting machines to your site and pass on the savings to you.
